Participation Rules

The Photo Showcase welcomes submissions from all individuals, but certain guidelines must be followed to ensure fairness and quality throughout the site. All submitted images must be original work captured by the participant. Accepted file formats include JPG, PNG, and GIF, and files should not exceed 10MB to ensure smooth handling and display. Submissions that violate copyright rules, contain inappropriate content, or do not meet format requirements may be rejected without notice.

To maintain consistency, participants must follow the theme guidelines outlined in the categories section. Each photo must clearly represent the chosen theme, as this helps ensure accurate placement and fair voting. Detailed instructions for emailing your submission are provided on the site, and each participant may submit one photo per category. By submitting your work, you agree to allow the Photo Showcase to use your image on the site for voting and display purposes.
